Start your pewter casting journey in the comfort of your own home at completely your own pace. Detailed clear demo videos show you the processes step by step so you can pause, skip or re-watch to your hearts content.
The kit provided ensures that you'll not only have everything you need for the course but to be able to carry on afterwards too. This series of exercises is the equivalent of a full day course including making time and will enable you to feel confident enough in the process to keep making afterwards. All your materials and tools are included as well as all the video tutorials that you will need. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your kit.

A clean, safe place to work when using the provided blow torch on a heat mat. A drill (a hand drill is fine if you do not have a power tool), a scrap piece of wood to drill onto, a craft knife and mat or scissors, hammer and centre punch and a pair of pliers if you have them (don't worry if not). A WiFi connection and access to a computer large enough to view the tutorials clearly and with the ability to play sound.

Explore Pewter Casting
Explore different techniques including making and using moulds, melting and pouring pewter and finishing techniques. This lovely process allows you to be creative in an accessible way, so anyone can do it! Use treasures from your life as inspiration (or even to make your moulds) or just allow the process to guide you. Depending on your designs and your choice of size you will make 4-6 pieces.
